Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use OmniReel Film Generator ("OmniReel", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Plans, credits and billing

• New accounts receive one free film (14 scene-video credits), once per person.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each scene video, including a regenerated one, uses 1 credit. Your balance resets to your plan's amount at the start of each paid month, and unused credits do not carry over. Upgrades take effect right away: you pay the difference and get the extra credits immediately. Downgrades start at your next renewal. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• You can cancel at any time in Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
• Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If a video fails to start, its credit is returned automatically.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the scripts, novels, papers and other material you upload. You give us a limited licence to process that material only to provide the service to you. You confirm you own it or have permission to use it.

4. AI-generated output

Subject to these terms and the law, you may use the films you create for personal and commercial purposes. AI output can be inaccurate, similar to other people's output, or not protectable by copyright. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing, especially scientific, medical, legal or financial statements. Explainer videos are not professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break it.

6. Service availability

We work to keep OmniReel running, but it is provided "as is". Generation times vary, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using OmniReel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
