How credits are counted
The base rate is 1 credit for one 8-second 720p clip on the standard model. A 14-scene film at the base rate uses 14 credits; the same film at 1080p uses 28.
Clip length
Each 8 seconds of video is one unit. A 12-second clip counts as two.
Resolution
720p is the base rate. 1080p uses 2× credits.
Video model
The standard model is the base rate. Premium models use 2× credits.
Regenerations
Every re-render of a scene or shot is a new clip and uses credits again.
You always see an estimate and confirm before credits are used. Need more mid-month? Credit packs from 25 credits for $9 are coming soon.
If a video fails
- Credits are held (pending) when you start a video, not taken.
- When the video finishes, the held credits are marked completed.
- If the video service fails, or the job never starts, the held credits are refunded automatically.
- If you stop a video before it finishes, its credits are refunded.
- A finished video you don't like is not refunded automatically — regenerate it or send a refund request.
