Pending = held while a video renders. Completed = used or added. Refunded = returned to you.

If a generation fails
- Credits are held (pending) when you start a video, not taken.
- When the video finishes, the held credits are marked completed.
- If the video service fails, or the job never starts, the held credits are refunded automatically.
- If you stop a video before it finishes, its credits are refunded.
- A finished video you don't like is not refunded automatically — regenerate it or send a refund request.
