• Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name.
• Your content: the scripts, novels, papers and files you upload, plus the pictures, videos, narration and subtitles made from them.
• Billing: your plan, credit balance and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage: basic technical information such as pages visited, device and browser type, used to keep the service working.

How we use it

• To provide the service: analyzing your text, generating scenes, videos and narration, and emailing you when videos are ready.
• To manage your plan, credits and payments.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information. We don't use your uploaded content to train our own AI models.

Who processes it

We use trusted service providers for hosting and storage, AI generation (text, images, video and voice), email delivery and payments. They process your information only to provide their services to us.

Storage and security

Your files are kept in private storage that only your account can access. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days after you delete your account, unless the law requires us to keep billing records longer.

Your choices

You can view, download or delete your projects at any time, and ask us to delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or move your data. Contact us using the About & contact page.

Children

OmniReel is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
